Jake Hess is an experienced solar sales trainer whose passion for helping others has led him to become a sought-after mentor and coach in the industry. Jake is a serial entrepreneur, starting and building 7 businesses over the last 4 years that have grossed over $100M in revenue.

In the past 10 years, Jake has taught his time-tested sales strategies to hundreds of professionals all across the country. He mentors solar sales reps and entrepreneurs to help them grow their sales, improve their brand, and streamline their business so they can reach their goals.

Jake currently lives in San Diego, CA where he enjoys time surfing, golfing, and attempting to teach his 4 year old son how to swim and how to be the next Lionel Messi on the soccer field.

Joe "Solar Joe" Mousakheel

Joe Mousakheel, also known as "Solar Joe" has been in sales for almost 20 years. Joe was top sales performer at a number of solar companies and has helped hundreds & hundreds of homeowners go solar since 2016.

In 2017 Joe was awarded “Sales person of the Year.” Eventually moved onto hosting a solar seminar (city to city) tour of California (Pre-COVID).

As a result of COVID, Joe pivoted to begin to focus on educating, training, giving value and content to the solar community as a whole and Founded Solar Objections Facebook group with now 10,000+ members. Joe hosts and trains through webinars, some of his training topics include objections, sales tactics and virtual selling.

Joe currently lives in Sacramento, CA where he enjoys learning about new technologies, time with his family.
